Somehting has gone worng with full text immediate for the last few server versions.
When the Notes client goes to sign the Internet message, it cannot find a valid certificate to use, and generates the error.
To suppress this, change the default setting of signing messages.
Bear in mind it will create a LOT of I/O on a busy server.
