Android phone not updating exchange calendar

I have also tried removing the Outlook and Google accounts. I made sure I have Microsoft Exchange Active Sync added. I really like the phone but unfortunately if the contact won't sync with the Contacts app it pretty much renders the phone useless.

I have tried manually syncing through the Contacts app, no change.
